Brides can enquire through Instagram, our website, or email. Once we confirm your wedding date and location, we guide you through the next steps with care.
Upon receiving your deposit, your booking is secured. We’ll then schedule a warm, one-on-one introductory call to understand your skin and hair journey. During this conversation, we will:
- Discuss your current skincare routine and dietary habits
- Request recent photos of your face and hair
- Explore any beauty inspirations you may have
- Talk through trial options (available for an additional fee)
Following the call, you’ll receive your Royale Welcome Package via post, which includes:
- Your formal invoice and booking confirmation
- A customised skin & hair prep guide for inner glow and nourishment
- Exclusive recommendations to ensure your canvas is at its best before the big day
As your wedding day approaches, we’ll reconnect for a final beauty check-in—ensuring you're feeling confident, heard, and excited. We’ll confirm any updates to the event plan and refine the look if needed.
